Daily averaged surface currents (arrows) are superimposed with daily averaged sea surface height (SSH, color contours, units in cm) in the Gulf of Mexico. These are output from Global Ocean 1/12 deg Physics Analysis and Forecast (GlbOPAF), provided by the Copernicus Marine Service (CMEMS). These data are considered to provide open boudary forcing for the West Florida Coastal Oean Model (WFCOM), maintained by the Ocean Circulation Lab (OCL) at University of South Florida.
