Hourly surface currents (arrows) are superimposed with sea surface height (SSH, color contours, units in cm) in the Gulf of Mexico. These are output from Gulf of Mexico HYCOM, i.e., HYCOM + NCODA Gulf of Mexico 1/25 deg Analysis (GOMu0.04/expt_90.1m000), provided by the HYCOM Consortium. Daily averages can be viewed here.
