West Florida Shelf Sea Level Response to Hurricane Ian

West Florida Coastal Ocean Model (WFCOM) nowcast/forecast system simulated West Florida Shelf sea level response to the passage of Hurricane Ian. The movie contains 108 frames of hourly maps, which includes 1-day hindcast and a 3.5-day forecast. NOAA NCEP NAM winds are used in our WFCOM as surface forcing. NAM winds are also shown as vectors here to indicate the passage of Hurricane Ian.
